With our wealth of knowledge from over 15 years’ cooking in Michelin starred kitchens, and a deep respect for the land and sea, Chefs Ben and Phil take inspiration from their local surroundings, thereby applying traditional techniques and culinary wisdom in their craft, to deliver exciting and exclusive dining experiences.

So, you’ve decided you like the style of food and service we offer and contacted our team.
Our team will be in touch to discuss your requirements further and send you an initial ball-park quotation.
To secure the date, we will require a 30% non-refundable booking deposit.
Organise a tasting and meet with our events co-ordinator to finalise your table set up, menu and timeline of day.
Finalise and agree your quotation.
Four weeks prior to event, we’ll send a final invoice and ask for table layout, dietaries and final numbers.
A day before your event, our team will set up ready for service at the venue.
