As the fire division of Provenance, we continue to offer Argentinian style feasts, using the finest produce, cooked over open fire. From whole salt marsh spatchcock lamb, entire striploins of dry aged Herefordshire beef to hand dived XL scallops, the Provenance of every ingredient is at the forefront of our signature cooking.
